How MiSight corrects vision
The myopia-control zone and myopia-correction zone create a myopic image in the peripheral retina, slowing eye growth and helping suppress myopia progression.
Advantages of MiSight are that vision correction and myopia-control effects can both be obtained, and as a daily disposable soft lens it needs no extra care, so it is hygienic, comfortable, and less likely to be refused.
It is also a vision-correction lens that can be considered in cases where Dream Lens was previously not possible or was difficult to apply.
